1) Kindly keep the softcopy of the following ready as they need to be uploaded during online application.

a. Stamp size photo of the child
b. Birth certificate of the child
c. Proof of employment
d. Caste certificate (if applicable)

2) After final submission, completed application form should be downloaded, printed and submitted along with the photocopy of the above documents to the School Security office  before the last date as stated in the notification.

• Opening date of online application: 31.01.2024
• Last date for submission of online application: 14.02.2024 (17.00 hrs)
• Last date for receiving hard copy of the application along with applicable documents: 21.02.2024 (16.00 hrs)
