Online application for pre school

Guidelines

1) Kindly keep the softcopy of the following ready as they need to be uploaded during online application.

a. Stamp size photo of the child
b. Birth certificate of the child
c. Proof of employment
d. Caste certificate (if applicable)

2) After final submission, completed application form should be downloaded, printed and submitted along with photocopy of the above documents (a) – (d) to the school office within 1 week after online form submission.
